Occasion wear is where tailoring turns into design. We begin with the venue, the ceremony and the photographs you want to keep, then sketch silhouettes before a single measurement is taken.
For brides, grooms and everyone beside them
We cut gowns, dinner suits and tuxedos, contemporary cheongsam and kebaya silhouettes, and coordinated wardrobes for parents and wedding parties. Couples often commission both outfits with us so the pair reads as one picture — matched tones, complementary cloths, no surprises on the day.
What is included
- Design consultation with sketches and fabric proposals
- Toile (test garment) for gowns and first-time silhouettes
- Two fittings, with a final dress rehearsal press
- Hand-finished beadwork and embroidery on request
- Emergency-kit alterations support in the week of the event
Timeline and pricing
Gowns and wedding suits are quoted per design after the first consultation; most commissions fall between RM 3,500 and RM 9,000. Allow eight to twelve weeks for a gown and six for a dinner suit. Shorter runways are sometimes possible — ask before you assume it's too late.
Tell us the date first
Everything else — silhouette, cloth, budget — can be worked out over tea. The calendar is the only thing we can't tailor.
